Set within Glen Farm is our luxury one bedroom studio accommodation newly refurbished in Summer 2022 it offers accommodation for up to four people, and two well behaved dogs.

Backing onto our lakes and woodland area, you will be surrounded with various birds and fauna, a patio for alfresco dining or just lazing in the sunshine is also available for use.

The open plan living areas offer a kitchen diner and seating for relaxing after those long walks.

The kitchen offers gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle, all pots and pans and usual selection of mugs, cutlery and cooking equipment is also on hand for use.

The studio is furnished with a double sofa-bed, various units, floor lamp and smart tv with streaming available for Netflix, Amazon, and other various channels.

A wireless speaker system is also located central to the living room for linking mobile devices and enjoying your favourite music.

The toilet and shower room is located off the kitchen with easy access, all rooms throughout are heated for those cooler evenings later in the year.

Wi-Fi is available on request at no extra charge.

The bedroom hosts a double bed with ottoman storage, a wardrobe and bedside unit for storage.

Entrance hallway with seating and storage for shoes and other outdoor clothing is located just inside the front door.

If you enjoy outdoor pursuits, our fishing lakes are located behind the roost and offer guests the possibility of enjoying some fishing, all included in the price of your stay, more information can be found on the fishing page of our website.

Weavers way passes the roost and can be followed towards Cromer or North Walsham if you fancy a lovely walk.
